Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jarvistate collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our website and desktop application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, product usage metrics, support interactions, and feature-specific data required to deliver Jarvistate services. Depending on your settings and plan, this may include AI conversation history and activity awareness signals.

2. Voice and AI Interaction Data

Voice input and AI interaction content are processed to provide assistant responses, task suggestions, and productivity features. We limit retention to what is necessary for service quality, diagnostics, and user-requested history functionality.

3. Camera-Based Activity Awareness

Activity awareness is optional and permission-based. When enabled, camera signals are used to classify focus state and workflow engagement. Jarvistate does not sell camera-derived data and processes only the information needed for this feature.

4. How We Use Data

We use data to operate the platform, authenticate users, prevent abuse, improve AI quality, provide support, and maintain security. We may also use aggregated and anonymized usage insights for product analytics.

5. Data Sharing

Jarvistate does not sell personal information. We may share limited data with vetted infrastructure providers solely to deliver core services and maintain security and compliance.

6. Data Protection

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring practices. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve protections to reduce risk.

7. Your Controls

You can update account details, manage feature permissions, and request data export or deletion where applicable by contacting support. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for fraud prevention.

8. Children's Privacy

Jarvistate is not intended for children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing. If we discover unauthorized child data, we will take appropriate deletion actions.
