1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account and for ensuring your account is used in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Service Scope

Jarvistate is a desktop-focused productivity and motivation platform. Features may include AI interaction, voice assistance, task recommendations, workflow analytics, activity awareness (with permission), and voice-controlled operations depending on your plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jarvistate to harass others, create harmful content, bypass safety controls, violate system integrity, interfere with platform operations, or attempt unauthorized access to data, models, or infrastructure.

4. Plan Access

Feature access is determined by the selected plan tier (Basic, Pro, Elite). We may update plan packaging from time to time and will keep plan access information clear inside the product.

5. Intellectual Property

Jarvistate software, models, interface elements, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Jarvistate. You retain ownership of your original content and prompts, subject to the limited license required for us to process and deliver the service.

6. Availability and Maintenance

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users and platform security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jarvistate is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvistate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service usage, feature interruption, or user decisions made using AI outputs.

8. Termination

You may stop using Jarvistate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform resources, or create security risks. Certain clauses, including ownership and liability limitations, survive termination.
