1. No Refunds

This site currently uses simple plan activation. If paid purchasing is added later, the refund terms will be updated before that flow is enabled.

2. Why This Policy Exists

Jarvistate grants instant access to proprietary software features and account-level resources once a plan is activated.

3. Plan Changes

You may switch between Basic, Pro, and Elite plan access from the pricing page.

4. Account Questions

If you have an account access question, contact support with your account email. We will investigate and help correct confirmed access issues.

5. Service Issues

If a technical issue affects your ability to use Jarvistate, our support team will work to resolve it. Resolution may include account troubleshooting, guided setup, or service credits where appropriate, but not monetary refunds.

6. Unauthorized Purchases

For suspected unauthorized account activity, notify Jarvistate support. We may require verification information to investigate account activity.
